How it works

What the programme involves

The online consultation

Around ten minutes: your height and weight, medical history, current medication and anything you've already tried. A prescribing pharmacist reviews your answers afterwards.

Supporting documents

We may ask for a recent photo of you and confirmation of your identity, so the prescriber reviewing your case can be confident it's really you.

Recurring check-ins

If a prescriber approves ongoing treatment, we check in with you regularly — usually monthly — so your plan can be adjusted as needed, not left on autopilot.
